UNH Law and the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property have a global reputation for teaching professionals and students about intellectual property in an academically rigorous, supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Our online courses are drawn in part from our patent law and practice curriculum, among the most comprehensive in the country, and all of our online offerings touch on current issues shaping IP law today.

The Admissions Committee at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law makes admission decisions on a rolling basis.

The Committee evaluates the academic potential of applicants through a thorough assessment of each applicant's academic record, professional and educational experiences, and accomplishments.

And, as someone who hires and trains new lawyers, that means I can start at a higher, more sophisticated level with them.

An LLM degree is offered for those with either a U. law degree or the international equivalent; a Master's degree is offered for non-lawyers.

This program is designed for students enrolled at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP), who will have completed 90 credit hours (at least 30 credits at UMCP, including all University of Maryland general education requirements) by the time they would enroll in law school.

Both degrees are offered with full- and part-time options - the Masters program requires the completion of 30 credits, and the LLM program requires the completion of 24 credits.

Our online IP program was built to promise maximum flexibility, allowing candidates to obtain a degree on either a full- , part-time or limited residency basis, meaning you won't have to move or leave your job to meet the requirements.
